1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details at [Your Email / Phone Number].
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process (if applicable).

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products (customized election campaign materials, branded merchandise, and corporate gifts), returns are only accepted if:
    • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
    • There is a mismatch in the order (wrong product, size, or design).
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible returns or cancelled orders before dispatch.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Customized products with personal branding, names, or logos.
  • Used or damaged products not caused by transit.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
